RISOTTO ASPARAGUS RISOTTO

Ritorniamo dopo questa assenza forzata con una ricetta semplicissima ma che a me personalmente piace molto , Il risotto agli asparagi... uno di quei piatti che quando hai zero ideas for lunch or dinner at the end with everyone and is quick to make;)

INGREDIENTS:
carnaroli rice (I usually I set with my two fists of a person)
a bunch of asparagus 1 onion


salt pepper oil
Evo

for the vegetable stock 1 potato
1Carota


1 onion 1 celery salt


PREPARATION: Prepare the vegetable broth
that will be needed to cook the rice. In
while you blanch the asparagus in salted water, drain even when not overcooked because then they will finish cooking the rice. In a large skillet
Fry the onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the rice and fry for a few minutes.
Add the broth from time to time until the rice is almost ready.
Now add the asparagus, cut into small pieces and finish cooking. Et voila
resets the ready:)
Serve and sprinkle with a bit of black pepper
