UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS! A lesson with Henry



On 10 December 1948, the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights , whose Full text is printed on the following pages. I think they are in the minds and hearts of all the way, the lives, the men who led to this important, fundamental result. Even our Association mentions the Declaration in Article III of its Statute: proof that it is not a document away, but that embraces us all, even today. Especially today. In the image

Preamble Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity of all members of the human family of their rights and the equal and inalienable rights is the foundation of freedom, justice and world peace;

Articolo 1 Tutti gli esseri umani nascono liberi ed eguali in dignità e diritti. Essi sono dotati di ragione e di coscienza e devono agire gli uni verso gli altri in spirito di fratellanza.
Articolo 2 Everyone is entitled to all rights and all freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, for reasons of race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national origin or social origin, property, birth or other status. No distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of
country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, or subject to the trusteeship, non-self, or subject to any limitation of sovereignty.
Article 3 Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Article 4 No one shall be held in slavery or servitude, slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in any form.
Article 5 No one shall be subjected to torture or cruel treatment or punishment, inhuman or degrading treatment.
Article 6 Everyone has the right, at any place, in recognition of his legal status.

Articolo 11 1. Ogni individuo accusato di un reato è presunto innocente sino a che la sua colpevolezza non sia stata provata legalmente in un pubblico processo nel quale egli abbia avuto tutte le garanzie necessarie per la sua difesa. 2. Nessun individuo sarà condannato per un comportamento commissivo od omissivo che, al momento in cui sia stato perpetuato, non costituisse reato secondo il diritto interno o secondo il diritto internazionale. Non potrà del pari essere inflitta alcuna pena superiore a quella applicabile al momento in cui il reato sia stato commesso.
Articolo 12 Nessun individuo potrà essere sottoposto ad interferenze arbitrarie nella sua vita privata, nella sua famiglia, nella sua casa, nella sua corrispondenza, né a lesione del suo onore e della sua reputazione. Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.
Article 27 1. Everyone has the right to participate freely in cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
2. Everyone is entitled to the protection of moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
Article 28 Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.
Article 29 1. Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality. 2. In exercising its rights and its freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law to ensure the recognition and respect for human rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, order public and the general welfare in a society democratic. 3. Article 30 Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

Monday afternoon Dr. Petocchi, improvised professor, gave lectures to the students of the Economics of financial intermediaries in the Faculty of Economics G. Fua of Ancona.

E’ bene, innanzitutto, qualificare il personaggio. O meglio riportare una delle sue precisazioni: “Non mi definisco un economista”.

La professionalità su tutto. Laureato alla L. Bocconi di Milano, perfezionatosi successivamente nel Lussembergo e diverse avventure nel mondo bancario-finanziario; queste sono alcune delle esperienze che hanno concorso a formarlo.

the afternoon of Thursday, October 13 took place at our faculty a seminar on the financial crisis promoted by our University in collaboration with the Cooperative Credit Banks Marche , entitled "Before, during and after the financial crisis in financial markets."
The keynote was given by Professor Robert Ruozi, former Rector of the University and now professor emeritus L. Bocconi University in Milan, among other positions of Chairman of Mediolanum shine and President of the Italian Touring Club.
Inspired by the draft of his latest book "Journey to the financial market of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde", the professor has focused attention on the relationship between State, Market and Banks.
The cause of this crisis is to search for products in the negative aspects of globalization. The first signs have begun to warn about two years ago when it reduced the rate of development in Western countries and has begun to speak of stagnation. E’ possibile allora, che vi sia stato un cambiamento ideologico nel ruolo dello Stato in economia?
Secondo il Prof. Ruozi no, non c’è stato il tempo materiale. I diversi governi hanno attuato documenti operativi che prevedono l’intervento momentaneo dello Stato pronto a farsi da parte (forse) quando tutto sarà risolto.
Si è avvertito un certo pessimismo riguardo alla leadership che l’Europa potrebbe assumere per la soluzione di questa crisi e anche scetticismo sulla necessità di riscrivere le regole del sistema finanziario: le regole ci sono già, piuttosto ci vorrebbero soluzioni rapide e vigilanza nel loro rispetto.
Il relatore ha precisato, inoltre, che bisognerà tener conto dei nuovi Paesi economicamente forti come India, Cina, Brasile.
Vi è molta incertezza riguardo ai modi e ai tempi di risoluzione di questa crisi, but according Ruozi two things are certain: the banking crisis will never end, as the banking and financial system.

Article 16. Faculty of transformation of universities into foundations
1. In implementation of Article 33 of the Constitution, in accordance with the laws and self-teaching, scientific, organizational and financial, public universities can decide their own transformation in private foundations. 5. I trasferimenti a titolo di contributo o di liberalità a favore delle fondazioni universitarie sono esenti da tasse e imposte indirette e da diritti dovuti a qualunque altro titolo e sono interamente deducibili dal reddito del soggetto erogante. Gli onorari notarili relativi agli atti di donazione a favore delle fondazioni universitarie sono ridotti del 90 per cento.
6. Contestualmente alla delibera di trasformazione vengono adottati lo statuto e i regolamenti di amministrazione e di contabilità delle fondazioni universitarie, i quali devono essere approvati con decreto del Ministro dell'istruzione, dell'università e della ricerca, di concerto con il Ministro dell'economia e delle finanze. Lo statuto può prevedere l'ingresso nella fondazione universitaria di nuovi soggetti, pubblici o privati.
7. Le fondazioni universitarie adottano un regolamento di Ateneo per l'amministrazione, la finanza e la contabilità, anche in deroga alle norme dell'ordinamento contabile dello Stato e degli enti pubblici, while respecting the constraints deriving from EU.

Article 66. Turn over

In ogni caso il numero delle unità di personale da assumere non può eccedere, per ciascuna amministrazione, il 10 per cento delle unità cessate nell'anno precedente.
4. All'articolo 1, comma 526, della legge 27 dicembre 2006, n. 296 le parole «per gli anni 2008 e 2009» sono sostituite dalle seguenti: «per l'anno 2008».
5. Per l'anno 2009 le amministrazioni di cui all'articolo 1, comma 526, della legge 27 dicembre 2006, n. 296 possono procedere alla stabilizzazione di personale in possesso dei requisiti ivi richiamati nel limite di un contingente di personale complessivamente corrispondente ad una spesa pari al 10 per cento di quella relativa alle cessazioni in the previous year. In ogni caso il numero delle unità di personale da assumere non può eccedere, per ciascun anno, il 20 per cento delle unità cessate nell'anno precedente.
8. Sono abrogati i commi 103 e 104 dell'articolo 3, della legge 24 dicembre 2007, n. 244.
9. Per l'anno 2012, le amministrazioni di cui all'articolo 1, comma 523 della legge 27 dicembre 2006, n. 296, possono procedere, previo effettivo svolgimento delle procedure di mobilità, ad assunzioni di personale a tempo indeterminato nel limite di un contingente di personale complessivamente corrispondente ad una spesa pari al 50 per cento di quella relativa al personale cessato nell'anno precedente. 13. Le disposizioni di cui al comma 7 trovano applicazione, per il triennio 2009-2011 fermi restando i limiti di cui all'articolo 1, comma 105 della legge 30 dicembre 2004, n. 311, nei confronti del personale delle università. The meeting of May 7 was the first experience as "organizers" for our Association. The approach of the elections for student and faculty but also the lack of a forum / discussion between the candidate list led us to create a platform where students could learn the "colleagues" that they would be due to the "upper floors of Power", a time that would also helped their voting choice, relying not only on election proposals written on sheets on the walls of the faculty, but also to real faces and speeches. This puts you in the weeks before the event 4 offices of the associations that have submitted the list to discuss their programs and know the candidates more closely. There is also space for two meetings in which all five groups (four lists the candidates and we, the assembly promoting association) discuss the form and set of rules to be May 7. Flyers and posters decorate the barracks until the fateful day Villarey. 24:45: it's showtime. At the "table" sit two representatives from each list. The President of ODA - that during the debate will be called the "Bruno Vespa of the situation" - opened the meeting by presenting the new association: explains the name, logo and status. Once presented with four lists its candidates, Eleonora, the secretary of ODA, presented with a nice powerpoint presentation, which are the representative bodies of students within the University, not forgetting some practical advice on how to vote.
Then comes a video of Prof. E. Moretti, coordinator of the Analysis Improvement Commission, outlined in an interview in his office, which are the main changes in the teaching of our faculty to the much debated question of the number of students. The participants did not time to digest the news from there that will involve them in two years, beginning when the main Assembly: the presentation of lists and their programs. 8 minutes are granted without exception, any list that can manage the time as it sees fit. The only rule: no comparisons. It begins, in strictly alphabetical order, the right wing University. Matt and George R. start focusing on the spirit of "right" of the association. So I did a surprise: I brought a backpack with plastic cups and CHAMPAGNE! It was also good! With their glasses raised the others listen to my speech while Massi filming everything. STATUTO DELL’ASSOCIAZIONE UNIVERSITARIA SUPERPARTES

Article I - Name and address

Article III - Principles

Article IV - Organs of the
The internal organization of the association was inspired by criteria of democracy and equal rights of all members, the offices are elective membership and all members may be appointed. The association, for the achievement of its institutional purposes, uses primarily of activities provided in free form and free of charge by members.
Organs of the association are members of the Assembly and the Executive Council comprises the President, the Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and one or more directors.
The offices of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary shall be mutually incompatible. Those elected to office must be regularly enrolled at the University.

Article V - Members of the association
can be part of all students of any nationality wherever resident, interested in modern issues and activities by the association.
The quality of member is purchased by paying to the secretariat of the annual contribution which the minimum size is set annually by the Board.
The quality of member is lost due to resignation, which must be communicated to the Board of Directors within 30 days after the end of the year due to death, by a resolution of, for revocation of the title of student.
On the proposal of the Executive Council or a tenth of the members throughout the upper approximate, the Assembly has the power to resolve, according to the seriousness of the facts found, the admonition, suspension, expulsion or other measures deemed appropriate same association against members who fail to comply with these Rules or responsible, or disrespectful behavior strongly contrary to the purposes of the association.

Article VIII - L 'Assembly
L' Assembly is composed of all members in good standing by paying the membership fee. Article IX - The Executive Council
The association is governed by a Board elected by members and consists of a number of members not less than 5 and not more than 15, as decided by the Assembly, and their number may be changed during the exercise by the Assembly. The directors hold office for a business year and may be reelected. The Council shall be convened by the President, the meetings are public. This meeting may be requested by the President at least one third of the members of the Board. The meetings are valid when this is the absolute majority of the directors. The Council shall act by a favorable vote the absolute majority of members present. To achieve the required quorum and voting is not permitted to use the instrument of delegation.

Article X - President and Vice
The President is elected by the Assembly among the members. Represents the association in effect against third parties and may sue and be sued for the association. The Vice-President, also elected by the Assembly among the members, replaces the President in all respects, in the case of absence or inability of that. They are in charge as the Council and may be reelected.

Article XI -
Treasurer The Treasurer is elected by between the members and is responsible for the accounting of the association. Remains in office as the Council and is re-elected.

Article XII -
Secretary The Secretary is elected by between members and to record the deliberations of the Council and the Assembly. Remains in office as the Council and is re-elected.

Article XIII - Honorary Members
Individuals who lose their capacity as an associate for forfeiture of the title of student automatically become Honorary Members of the association. They are free from payment of annual fee and have no right to vote.

Article XIII - Referral to law
For everything non espressamente previsto dal presente statuto si richiamano le vigenti norme legislative.
