PLUM CAKE ZUCCHINI AND PARMESAN RISOTTO
Ciaooooooooo, let the risotto I do not want to cook I do not have 'time to cook !!!!!! More
'what else you do not have more' time to post but the kitchen:) This recipe
gustossissima we got a little book that was attached with Salt and Pepper May
really good, perfect for a brunch or a picnic picnic with friends
INGREDIENTS: 180 gr
kamut flour 3 eggs 1 dl
semi-skimmed milk 1 dl olive oil
100 grams of grated parmesan
2 zucchini 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
a packet of yeast
salt pepper
PREPARATION: Heat
the oven to 180 degrees.
Wash and grate the zucchini (I preferred them to rondelline).
Grease and flour the pan (personally I put the bread crumbs instead of flour)
In a bowl, lightly beat eggs with milk and oil.
Add the flour, Parmesan and poppy seeds and finally the zucchini.
salt and pepper.
Mix gently and incorporate the yeast.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake immediately.
Cook for about 50 minutes at the end of cooking you let the cake cool and then the mold and pappatelo:)
PS was also the una versione dolce al doppio cioccolato ma mi sembrava brutto fotografare le briciole che erano rimaste ;)Provvedero' quanto prima a rifarlo e sbrigarmi a fare una foto :)
